GRM’s senior leadership is comprised of executives from the records management industry and high tech sector. Whether one of the founding employees of the company with tenures of nearly thirty years, entrepreneurs in other industries, the GRM management team all possess a forward-looking vision and a customer orientation that have made GRM the largest and most successful company in the records management business.

Avner Schneur

Avner Schneur is the President and CEO of GRM. Under Schneur’s leadership GRM accelerated its growth, expanded its digital offering and extended operations geographically to South America. Known for successfully taking companies from start up to IPO, or to profitable exit, Schneur is the founder and CEO of Kormeli, LLC an investment group dedicated to funding and guiding early-stage technology entrepreneurs and enterprises. Schneur also is chairman of PetPace, FoodieBytes, Zappix, and a board member of Nipendo and ESCBaz. And at the Israel Institute of Technology, Schneur serves on the Technion Industrial Engineering faculty advisory board. Previously, Schneur held executive positions at:

–  Astea International, a global provider of end-to-end service management software solutions. Schneur helped drive the company to a successful IPO.

– Vectis, a clinical information system that electronically records, stores and accesses clinical patient information.

– Elscint, a company that developed, manufactured and sold medical imaging solutions. GE Healthcare and Philips Medical Systems have subsequently acquired many Elscint business units.

Schneur graduated Cum Laude in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, with a specialty in Information Systems. Schneur and Dr. Rina Schneur, his wife, established the The Rina and Avner Schneur Center of Diabetes Research. The center brings together
top researchers from the faculty of Biomedical engineering and the faculty of Medicine at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology to seek a cure for type I and type II diabetes. The Center was established to research biomedical engineering methodologies in collaboration with faculty who are combining cell and tissue engineering technologies to control blood glucose levels.

Jerry Glatt

Jerry Glatt’s career in the records management industry began in 1979, where he rose through the ranks and honed his skills, holding positions ranging from Sales Representative to District Manager for information management giants such as Bekins Records Management, ADP and Bell & Howell Records Management. In March of 1990, Jerry brought his 10 years of Information Management experience to GRM and became one of the company’s Founding Fathers, accepting the position of Vice President. He was personally responsible for signing many of the major accounts with GRM, both locally and nationally. In additional, he was also a vital part of GRM’s national expansion program.
Under Jerry’s leadership, GRM has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s most innovative information and records management businesses; gaining a long roster of clients, nationwide.

Yossi Harel

Yossi Harel serves as Executive Vice President of GRM. He is the head of GRM Digital, the technology arm of GRM, responsible for formalizing the strategy and execution of the digital business unit, a leading provider of digital information management services for hosted document management solutions, Electronic Records Management, digital archiving and health records. Yossi is one of the founders of GRM and had a range of general management, operations, business development and R&D management positions at GRM. Utilizing his personnel skills, Yossi places a high value on a dynamic team chemistry that fosters creativity and a passionate exchange of ideas. Operationally, he strives to maintain this track record of strong fiscal management and excellent employee relations.
He has worked in the advanced data and records management based industries since 1990, where Yossi has developed and implemented GRM operating methods and strategies to drive growth and enhance customer service. He has managed the development, launch and growth of a number of businesses in the records management, advanced electronic document services and healthcare markets, all deployed nationwide and internationally.

Ronen Grady

As Senior Vice President of National Operations, Ronen Grady is responsible for all facets of the company’s operation, including achievement of key performance metrics for clients, customers and employees alike. Ronen also helps to ensure that all fourteen domestic locations as well as international locations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. In combination with the extensive hands-on experience amassed in his 20-plus years with GRM, his unique perspective gained from having risen through the ranks makes him an invaluable asset to the company.
A prominent member of the Management Team, Ronen has improved all operational systems, processes and policies; has increased the efficiency of IT support services; and has successfully integrated several new business acquisitions. He spearheaded the development of eAccess and Tape eAccess, the client interface to GRM’s tracking system. In addition, he works very closely with industry software pioneer O’Neil to enhance their popular tracking software.

Tony Acerra

With the GRM family since 2007, Tony Acerra brings over 25 years of management experience in operations, finance and sales in the Information Management Industry to his position as Vice President of Operations East Coast, as well as General Manager of GRM NY/NJ, helping to create and support the infrastructure which enabled GRM to grow into an elite information management company.
Tony worked for information and records management companies such as Iron Mountain and Recall, honing his skills and bringing that knowledge to the GRM family. He has always worked in the Tri-State area and Northeast Region, and possesses a special understanding of the area’s clientele and their specific document and information management needs. Tony graduated from St. Peter’s College with a BS in Accounting.

Larry Reynolds

Larry Reynolds serves as the Vice President of Sales for GRM’s Digital Division. His career spans more than 25 years, with extensive experience in information technology sales and marketing for major software and services providers in both domestic and international markets. Prior to GRM, he held executive sales and management positions with several leading document management solution providers, where he was instrumental in the launch of a successful start-up business initiative as well as having held several leadership positions in larger technology companies.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. for Anacomp, a provider of SaaS solutions for web-based hosting. His background includes all aspects of document management, imaging, document web hosting and BPM (Business Process Management). Larry holds both MBA and BBA degrees.

Dave Symanski

Dave Symanski has been in the business of electronic document management in support of operations, litigation, business and government for over 20 years. Working throughout the U.S., Europe, Central America and the Caribbean, he has designed and setup imaging organizations to process a wide variety of documents in mission critical environments. During this time he has worked with conversion technologies from drawing conversion, paper, microfilm and the process of scanning microfilm to digital formats. Dave was a founding member of the Autodesk Council to develop WorkCenter, engineering and design document management system. Dave is also the Chief Architect for the ImageTool Document Management System. In his current role of VP operations – Digital Division, Dave is responsible for all imaging projects for GRM nationally, and the GRM Document Management Data Center which is a SOC 2 and SAS 70, web based, hosted document repository.
Dave worked on such significant projects as Delta Air Lines’ World Wide Technical Operations Center, Capitol Health’s Patient Medical Records, Ritz Carlton’s litigation and disaster claim, the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Administration, AT&T’s Central America/United Nations mapping and LUIS Rail’s National Light Rail System in Dublin, Ireland. His credentials include certification in CDIA, networking, database and security technologies, while possessing subject matter expertise in HIPAA compliance and a degree in mechanical engineering.

Amyn Maskati

GRM Document Management’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources, Amyn Maskati, oversees accounting, internal/external reporting and financial planning, projections and analysis, as well as the company’s global strategic planning and acquisitions, insurance, tax and treasury functions. His expertise in accounting management, acquisitions and affiliate-company financing has helped to drive GRM profitability. Working with the executive team, Maskati develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances that align GRM resources with action plans for the fast-growing global organization.
Previously, Maskati held executive finance roles at RR Donnelley, Centerline Capital and several banks. He earned an MBA in finance and accounting from New York’s Long Island University. Additionally, Maskati has taught college-level accounting, auditing and organizational behavior at University of Puerto Rico in San Juan and at Rutgers School of Business in New Jersey

Mike Aaron

Mike serves as Director, Marketing at GRM. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution associated with all lead generation and communications programs. Mike possesses a unique combination of ad agency, client-side marketing and entrepreneurial experience. He began his career at ad agency Ammirati Puris Lintas; ultimately serving as a Vice President in both account management and international operations. After Ammirati, Mike worked in a variety of high-profile client marketing roles – first as VP at Sirius Satellite Radio and then as a VP, Global Brand at American Express.
At American Express, Mike was responsible for the award winning “My Life. My Card.” advertising campaign globally. Following American Express, Mike built and ran a profitable e-commerce business and most recently, he was as a Managing Partner at Roth Partners, a marketing consultancy and communications firm. Mike graduated from Boston College with a BS in Business Administration.
