A standard package includes Description, Dimensions, Cubic Feet, Condition, and GRM's bar code number. Additionally, up to forty-five data fields or features per inventory item can be captured to track the unique details and descriptions of your items. We offer bar coding, 24/7 online access, cataloging by department, and can perform Piece Level Tracking to collect detailed information on a specific item, allowing us to meet your distribution or asset management requirements. Data fields that can be collected are:

• Color
• Manufacturer
• Part Number
• Model Number
• Serial Number
• Department
• Dimensions (width/radius, depth, height)
• Your company's existing inventory number or description
