| Question:
Can you take a minute to explain eAccess? |
| Jerry Glatt:
From a technical standpoint, GRM eAccess is, in actuality, a web based
inventory control and ordering application. We like to call it a
Virtual or Online Records Center. In a sense, eAccess is the complete
collection of GRM’s electronic solutions placed at our clients’
fingertips. By logging onto eAccess you can locate even a single piece
of data from your inventory, request pick-up and delivery, check order
status or complete any number of other tasks. And this inventory
control and management can be done from any computer, twenty-four hours
a day, seven days a week. It’s customer-centric and designed to give
our clients complete control. Basically through eAccess, our clientele
is given comprehensive data base capabilities in order to manage their
own accounts at their own pace. |
