Jerry Glatt – Executive Vice President
Jerry Glatt's career in the records management industry began in 1979, where he rose through the ranks and honed his skills, holding positions ranging from Sales Representative to District Manager for information management giants such as Bekins Records Management, ADP and Bell & Howell Records Management.
In March of 1990, Jerry brought his 10 years of Information Management experience to GRM and became one of the company's Founding Fathers, accepting the position of Vice President. He was personally responsible for signing many of the major accounts with GRM, both locally and nationally; he was a vital part of GRM's national expansion program and a leader in the renewal of many major GRM accounts. Jerry was also instrumental to the success of eAccess, a vital element of the company's security software, and is a major liaison to the legal community for GRM.
Under Jerry's leadership, GRM has earned a reputation as one of the nation's most innovative information and records management businesses; gaining a long roster of clients, nationwide.
Yossi Harel – Executive Vice President
Yossi Harel serves as Executive Vice President of GRM. He is the head of GRM Digital, the technology arm of GRM, responsible for architecting the strategy and execution of the digital business unit, a leading provider of digital information management services for hosted document management solutions, Electronic Records Management, digital archiving and health records.
Harel is one of the founders of GRM Information Management Services and had a range of general management, operations, business development and R&D management positions at GRM. Utilizing his personnel skills, Harel places a high value on a dynamic team chemistry that fosters creativity and a passionate exchange of ideas. Operationally, he strives to maintain this track record of strong fiscal management and excellent employee relations.
He has worked in the advanced data and records management based industries since 1990, where Harel has developed and implemented GRM operating methods and strategies to drive growth and enhance customer service. He has managed the development, launch and growth of a number of businesses in the records management, advanced electronic document services and healthcare markets, all deployed nationwide and internationally.
Ronen Grady – Senior Vice President, Operations
As Senior Vice President of National Operations, Ronen Grady is responsible for all facets of the company's operation, including achievement of key performance metrics for clients, customers and employees alike. Ronen also helps to ensure that all eight domestic locations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. In combination with the extensive hands-on experience amassed in his 20-plus years with GRM, his unique perspective gained from having risen through the ranks makes him an invaluable asset to the company. A prominent member of the Management Team, Ronen has improved all operational systems, processes and policies; has increased the efficiency of IT support services; and has successfully integrated several new business acquisitions. He spearheaded the development of both eAccess and Tape eAccess, the client interface to GRM's tracking system. In addition, he works very closely with industry software pioneer O'Neil to enhance their popular tracking software.
Mario Amato – Vice President, Data Protection
Mario Amatto began working in the Information Management Industry in October 1990, specializing in Off-Site Data Protection Services.
Mario worked in several capacities, including Branch Manager, General Management and eventually Vice President of the Northeast Region. In 1996, Mario was responsible for the overall operation of 10 sites based in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, NJ, and Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included P&L, budgeting, revenue growth, facilities, vehicles, employees, etc.
Mario joined GRM in September 2004 as the Vice President of Data Protection Sales, bringing with him an immense amount of knowledge and experience. He is always focused on helping clients improve their strategies via the best possible experience with GRM.
Larry Reynolds – Vice President, Sales
Larry Reynolds serves as the Vice President of Sales for GRM’s Digital Division. His career spans more than 25 years, with extensive experience in information technology sales and marketing for major software and services providers in both domestic and international markets. Prior to GRM, he held executive sales and management positions with several leading document management solution providers, where he was instrumental in the launch of a successful start-up business initiative as well as having held several leadership positions in larger technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. for Anacomp, a provider of SaaS solutions for web-based hosting.
His background includes all aspects of document management, imaging, document web hosting and BPM.
Mr. Reynolds holds both MBA and BBA degrees.
Dave Symanski – Vice President, Operations and GM Atlanta
Mr. Symanski has been in the business of electronic document management in support of operations, litigation, business and government for over 20 years. Working throughout the U.S., Europe, Central America and the Caribbean, he has designed and setup imaging organizations to process a wide variety of documents in mission critical environments. During this time he has worked with conversion technologies from drawing conversion, paper, microfilm and the process of scanning microfilm to digital formats. Mr. Symanski was a founding member of the Autodesk Council to develop WorkCenter, engineering and design document management system. Mr. Symanski is also the Chief Architect for the ImageTool Document Management System. In his current role of VP operations – Digital Division, Mr. Symanski is responsible for all imaging projects for GRM nationally, and the GRM Document Management Data Center which is an SAS 70, web based, hosted document repository.
Mr. Symanski worked on such significant projects as Delta Air Lines’ World Wide Technical Operations Center, Capitol Health’s Patient Medical Records, Ritz Carlton’s litigation and disaster claim, the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Administration, AT&T’s Central America/United Nations mapping and LUIS Rail’s National Light Rail System in Dublin, Ireland.
His credentials include certification in CDIA, networking, database and security technologies, while possessing subject matter expertise in HIPAA compliance and a degree in mechanical engineering.
Debbie Mevs – Director of Contract Administration
Debbie Mevs has been with GRM for 21 years, holding various office positions throughout her tenure – including (AR,AP HR Customer Service ) and is now the company's Client Services Manager. Her responsibilities include customer relations with current clients and new accounts as well as, along with daily research to help constantly improve GRM's products and services.
In her position she is able to get a closer gauge on how GRM provides its services and the relationships the company has with its clients, while providing our customers with a level of comfort that they can always count on. She is successful at her job because she believes in GRM and is a good listener prone to finding the solution that will be most beneficial to both the clients and the company.
Debbie is a member of ARMA and affiliated with ALA.
Jennifer Emken – Director of Marketing
Jennifer Emken has been with GRM for seven years as a member of the marketing department, where she began her career as a Project Manager. She is currently GRM’s Director of Marketing, and brings an extensive expertise in marketing, with a broad cross-functional proficiency in advertising, business development and consulting services. Jennifer also has a proven track record of deploying successful online and offline marketing campaigns throughout her career.
Jay Crider – Vice President of Sales, West Coast
Jay Crider, the Vice President of Sales for GRM West Coast Division, boasts an impressive resume and delivers a wealth of experience to the company. With GRM for just under two years, Jay began as a Sales Executive for GRM Digital. He brings with him a vast amount of experience in the field of sales and digital solutions.
Jay also earned a degree in Marketing, along with a minor in Economics, from Shepherd University.
Tony Acerra – General Manager, New York/New Jersey
With the GRM family since 2007, Tony Acerra brings 18 years of Information Management Industry experience to his position as the General Manager of GRM NY/NJ, helping to create and support the infrastructure which enabled GRM to grow into an elite information management company.
Mr. Acerra worked for information and records management companies such as Iron Mountain and Recall, honing his skills and bringing that knowledge to the GRM family. He has always worked in the Tri-State area and Northeast Region, and possesses a special understanding of the area's clientele and their specific document and information management needs.
Mr. Acerra graduated from St. Peter's College with a BS in Accounting.
Daniel J. O'Reilly – General Manager, Chicago
Mr. O'Reilly has twenty-three years of direct industry related experience, including several key upper management roles within the information management industry. Mr. O'Reilly is the former founder and President of Chicago Records Management, former President and General Manager of Pickfords Records Management, and a former National Sales Manager for Recall – Total Information Management.
Mr. O'Reilly's experience includes servicing organizations of all types on a local, national and international basis. He manages the development and implementation of solutions to help our clients grow, retain and serve their customers and associates. He has been with GRM for over 8 years and is currently the General Manager of GRM's Chicago location.
Tim Walker – General Manager, San Francisco
Tim Walker has 20+ years in the Records and Information Management business. He has held multiple positions in various industry associations and has served on the PRISM International Board of Directors from 1991 thru 1999. He is currently a member of the PRISM Ethics Committee.
Tim Walker joined GRM as General Manager, Philadelphia in September 2005. In this position Tim was directly responsible for corporate leadership, P&L for tri-state region (Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware) and productivity of the Philadelphia facility.
In September of 2007 Tim transitioned to Vice President, National Operations. In this position Tim’s responsibilities grew to include improving operational effectiveness, quality, and customer service throughout the GRM locations.
In November 2008, Tim took over responsibility as the General Manager of the San Francisco location. In this role, Tim has created an environment of good team work and has achieved results in operational productivity and leadership.
Tim is a long standing member of both ARMA and PRISM International.
Lev Spivak – General Manager, Los Angeles
In October 1992 Lev Spivak joined GRM as a member of the construction team. Shortly thereafter, he began working as mover for Moishe’s Moving, a sister company, where he was quickly promoted to foreman. Late in 1993, Lev took over the box delivery division and was also promoted to dispatcher where he remained until 1997.
Lev worked as a production line supervisor for an Israeli Salt Company in Atlit and for ARMETC CORP as an ornamental metal fabrication production manger.
In August of 2000, Lev returned to GRM, where he was trained for the Operations Manager position in the recently opened Los Angeles location, where he’s been for the past 9+ years.
Lev is fluent in 3 languages: Russian, Hebrew and English.
Dan Quinn – General Manager, Philadelphia
Dan Quinn began his professional career in 1973 working for the Pierce Leahy Corporation, where he started as a Records Supervisor, eventually rising to Marketing Executive. He’s worked in the information management sector as the Business Unit Records Manager for News Corporation and Records Administrator for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
He also worked as the Project Manager for the Judge Group before joining the GRM team 2008 where he currently holds the position of General Manager for our Philadelphia location where he has set multiple strategies and developed plans to improve and maintain all aspects of customer care across Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
Dan attended Delaware County Community College and Temple University.
Walter Perez – General Manager, Miami
Walter Perez has been in the records management industry since 1990, holding a variety of positions in several document management companies, such as The Fortress Co., Iron Mountain & Arcus Data Management Co. (a division of Iron Mountain). He joined GRM in January 2001, holding positions as Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager and in 2002, was promoted to General Manager of Miami. Since that time he has used his broad experience to improve and enhance many of the services GRM offers, as well as continually helping to add new services. This has allowed his location to be a consistent top performer in terms of growth and customer satisfaction; GRM Miami is also a 3-time winner of Best Branch for Sales Over Quota.
Training is a key focus for Mr. Perez, which has resulted in a stable team of highly skilled professionals. This mindset has allowed his location to be first in delivering a variety of services including, file folder indexing and scanning as well as hosting of digital documents. Mr. Perez’s passionate dedication to customer satisfaction has allowed his location to grow even during these tough times.
David Nolan – General Manager, Washington, DC
David Nolan is currently the General Manager for GRM in Washington DC serving the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan area. He’s been with GRM since July 2009 and brings with him almost 20 years of experience in the Document and Information Management industry.
Mr. Nolan has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial credentials; having in 1991, founded, and managed a premier Document Storage company in Baltimore, before selling the company in 1999 and continuing to work in various management positions in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions before joining GRM.
David graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Business.
