New Jersey (HEADQUARTERS)

GRM was founded in New York City in 1987 to provide a more secure alternative for records storage than what was being offered by other established vendors. Today, GRM Document Management Services has three locations in the New York and New Jersey area, employing more than 120 personnel. Our flagship 800,000-square-foot facility in Jersey City, NJ, offers vault and climate-controlled storage. It is an extremely secure building, with an around-the-clock security staff led by a director of security with more than 35 years of law enforcement experience.

Atlanta

GRM was founded in New York City in 1987 to provide a more secure alternative for records storage than what was being offered by other established vendors. Today, GRM Document Management offices can be found across the US, including our Atlanta office, located in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Our Georgia location is a 70,000-square-foot facility in Lithia Springs, off of i20. Our building is secured by around-the-clock security monitoring and controlled access points. We offer warehouse, vault and climate-controlled storage as well as on and offsite shredding, online record hosting and in-house scanning. Our building is strategically located next to major roadways to allow for rapid document retrieval and delivery to anywhere in the Greater Atlanta area, with the aid of a fleet of company-operated vehicles.

GRM entered the Austin market in 2014, after acquiring Austin Archives, a premier document imaging and storage company. Since the acquisition, GRM has continued to serve all of our legacy clients with the same high level of customer service and now offers a suite of services unmatched in our industry. GRM’s facility is strategically located in Pflugerville, Texas with close proximity to all major thoroughfares, allowing us to service all of the greater Austin and central Texas area. Our 3-story 12,368 square foot record center offers a climate-controlled space and fire-safe vault as well as conventional document storage. The facility is monitored 24 hours with the latest fire suppression and security systems in place. Alongside GRM’s cloud-based offsite storage solution, Austin’s scanned data is continually backed up to 2 different data drives with their own separate security redundancies making us the perfect solution for Austin’s technologically savvy companies.

Chicago

One of the most trusted names in Chicago for document storage, GRM Document Management Services provides top quality document management solutions for companies of any industry. GRM – Chicago’s Record Center resides in a Company own facility located in Bedford Park, a neighboring suburb of Chicago. The storage center, built in 2006, is 296,147 square feet in size and resides on 12 acres of land. The property is a single story industrial building with a 30-foot ceiling clearance, 30 truck level docks and 4 drive-in doors. The building is made up of tilt up concrete panels with a pitched roof. A 3 level racking system with in-rack sprinklers have been installed for the storage of document storage boxes. The facility has the capability of securely storing up to 3.5 million boxes of records. In addition, our Chicago facility has an electronic access system to protect interior and exterior doorways from unwanted intrusion and a digital CCTV camera system that records movement inside and outside the facility to further aid in the 24/7 monitoring of the facility.

GRM Document Management Services of Los Angeles is one of California’s fastest-growing record centers.
