Customer Handbook

The GRM Customer Handbook was designed after interviewing many customers. We asked if they had the ability to create their ideal handbook to best help them work with their information management provider what would that contain? One such suggestion was a place to keep contracts, rate schedules and other pertinent information in one centralized tab. It’s in there as well as much of the other feedback we received. Here you have it, the GRM Customer Handbook. Everything you need from Delivery Information to a Glossary of Terms. Feel free to download it online, keep in mind it is a large file, or request a CD from your local GRM Customer Service representative.
