Inventory Tracking

GRM’s exclusive Precision Plus Technology is a fully state-of-the-art barcode tracking system that allows 24/7 access to online inventory and online service requests, all designed to enhance our Information Management Services. Each item is assigned its own unique barcode. We scan each item upon pickup and scan at its shelf location. For deliveries, each item is scanned at its shelf location and upon delivery. This process virtually guarantees that no item will ever be lost. We offer full-time IT support staff, software programs for indexing and cataloging, and digital imaging of items.

If you require access to a single file within a barcoded box, we can assign that item a barcode, and when you are finished with that file, it will be returned to its original location.
