Offsite shredding is the most economical, efficient and convenient way to securely destroy your sensitive data. A record is active until the moment it is destroyed. GRM sends a secure vehicle, tracked and monitored by Digital Dispatch, directly to your office. Only fully-trained and uniformed GRM Personnel handle our repositories. All of our drivers and vehicles are fully insured. All Document Shredding is conducted within 24-48 hours of retrieval and we provide a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
GRM puts the control in your hands. You can choose either our 100 pound capacity stationary executive cabinet or 200 pound capacity heavy gauge plastic mobile toter. These bins are locked and safeguarded, even tracked with our advanced barcode technology. You select a bin rotation schedule that’s convenient. When shredding occurs, GRM will even allow a witness from your company to be present or provide video proof for your records.
Paper isn’t the only piece of data that requires Document Shredding. GRM is capable of, and recommends, destruction of data tapes, cartridges, CDs, microfilm, microfiche as well as audio and video tapes.
