Jeff Conway

Jeff has over 40 years of experience in operations and finance within the information and records management industry. Since joining GRM in 2002, he has been instrumental in building the infrastructure necessary to support the company’s rapid expansion and managing the ongoing operational complexities associated with an international network of GRM locations.

Jeff’s career began in 1981 at Bekins Record Management and subsequently worked at Bell & Howell and Iron Mountain. Following Iron Mountain, Jeff transitioned to Cityside Archives, where he served as Vice President of Operations for a decade. Throughout his career Jeff has combined deep technical knowledge of records management with high-level strategic oversight, benefitting his employers and the thousands of clients that he’s served over the course of his career.
